Monday Night Football

Monday Night Football

I do love Monday Night Football. Tonight's match didn't fail to deliver. Everton and Newcastle played out a 2-2 that had everything. The first half continued as the season has gone on for these 2 clubs Everton had not conceded in the first half all season and Newcastle had failed to score in the first half aswell. It was no suprise then that Everton took the lead through Baines (his first of the season) and went into half-time 1-0 up. To be honest it could and should have been more as they missed some good chances in the first half. They were made to pay a Ba equalised just after half time. It was the 3rd goal out 5 Newcastle have scored in the opening 15 minutes of a second half. The game to'd and fro'd and after Everton had 2 good goals disallowed they thought they had won it when Anichebe got his second of the season to put them 2-1 up with 2 mins to go. Newcastle broke Everton hearts though when Demba Ba with his 3rd of the season made sure the game ended in a draw.
Prediction for this game was 3-2 (so close). 4 out of 10 results predicted correctly this weekend. 2 of them spot on.
